1. Judges in Minnesota can take TIPS and that MUST STOP.
Rescind "Minnesota Code of Judicial Conduct" Canon 4, Section (D)(5)(h), that allows judges to take tips up to $150 each without reporting them. It's mostly the big law firms who do this through a designated employee.

2. Judges should be elected unless due to death.

3. A Legislative Commission should be formed to evaluate judges and report to the public. 
4. Today it's mostly lawyers who evaluate judges for discipline. That's not good.

Below is a partial list of crooked judges. If you have a crooked judge let us know and we'll post them and respect your confidentiality. We'll have longer stories about them in the days ahead. Except for cheating Judge Frank, who was appointed for life, the others must run for re-election. Let's try to take them down when they run.

Donovan Frank, Federal Judge cheated the Earth Prortectors.

Rosanne Nathanson, Ramsey County cheated Leslie Davis.

Michael Fetsch, backed up the evil Nathanson.

William Macklin had a conflict of interest that he ignored and he helped destroy the Jeffers Pond Estate in Prior Lake. Go out there and see the mess he caused.
